I make jewelry with beads, wire, clay, upcycled materials and just about anything I get my hands on. Beading was my first crafting skill, which I was fortunate enough to learn from my mother beginning so young I can't actually recall when I had my first lesson. Art and crafting is my passion and has been my job for most of my adult life. My profits go to help get my own family back on our feet after a rough patch, and to other family members who are struggling. When I make more than I need I put the proceeds toward homeless charities in several ways, through yarn which I knit into warm winter hats, food, clothing and donations to shelters. I started feeding homeless youth when I was 19, and have experienced it myself so the issue is close to my heart.
